Soak waste paper in pulper to soften fibers. Stir and crush into pulp, filter out impurities. Clean and precipitate to get tough kraft pulp.
Paper Molding & Drying
Purified kraft pulp is made into flat sheets, dried at constant temperature and calendered to create even, tough and durable recycled kraft paper.
Cutting & Tailoring
Recycled kraft paper is cut to the set dimensions of laptop sleeves via precision machinery, then accessories are assembled and stitched by hand.
Finishing & Quality Inspection
Lastly, trim excess threads and waste materials. Inspect stitching tightness, surface cleanliness and dimensional accuracy. The kraft paper laptop sleeve is finished.
Discarded apple residue is crushed, filtered, and blended with eco-friendly resin to create durable bio-based PU material.
PU Sheet Forming
The bio-based material is processed into large PU leather sheets through high-temperature forming and surface treatment for a smooth and durable finish.
Cutting & Product Manufacturing
PU leather sheets are precisely cut and assembled through lamination, bonding, and stitching to create the magnetic detachable folio case.
Final Detailing & Functional Testing
Each finished product undergoes thread trimming, edge finishing, surface cleaning, and magnetic strength testing before final inspection.
